FAQ

How big are the bottles? 16oz & 32oz bottles are available. We like equal parts water and concentrate when we make our coffee, the 16oz makes about 5 cups and the 32oz makes about 10 cups.

When do you deliver? We deliver Sundays and Mondays, you can specify your preferred delivery time when you check out. Orders must be received by noon on Friday to receive local delivery by Sunday or Monday.

What kind of coffee do you use? We've teamed up with the knowledgeable green buyers and roasters at Cafe Grumpy (cafegrumpy.com) to select in-season, superb coffee for our cold brewed concentrate.

Can I get some right now?! We are working with some of our favorite retailers for all you instant gratification seekers. Click here to see the full list of our local retailers.

How does the bottle exchange work? We will pick up empty Kickstand Bottles. This means you only have to pay the bottle deposit once.

Can you ship my order? We are happy to ship bottles within the continental US, simply place your order above.

Can I get something bigger than a 16oz or 32oz bottle? We love our highly mobile 16oz bottles, but we're certainly willing to work with customers on a case by case basis for larger bottle orders.
